1. Introduction
Welcome to MobiFit, a fitness-coaching platform operated by MobiEdge Software Development LLP, located at J-18, Second Floor, Sector-84, Faridabad, Haryana, India ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing or using the MobiFit web application ("Platform"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
2. Definitions
- Coach – A fitness professional who registers on the platform and offers fitness/diet plans to clients.
- Client – A user who signs up under a coach and pays the coach directly.
- Platform – The MobiFit web app.
- You / User – Any person using the platform, including coaches and clients.
3. Platform Role
MobiFit is not a fitness service provider. We offer a platform for coaches to manage clients, host tools for clients to follow plans, and provide communication and tracking features. We do not provide fitness training, diet consultation, medical advice, or guarantee results.
4. Coach Responsibilities
Coaches agree to:
- Provide accurate personal and professional information during signup.
- Deliver the plans and services promised to clients.
- Comply with applicable laws and professional guidelines.
- Not provide medical advice unless properly certified.
- Maintain professionalism and ethical behaviour.
We reserve the right to approve or reject coach applications.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate personal and health information to coaches.
- Follow plans responsibly and consult a doctor for medical concerns.
- Pay coaches directly through their preferred UPI/payment method.
The Platform is not responsible for client-coach disputes related to delivery, quality, or results.
6. Payments
6.1 Coach Payments to MobiFit
Coaches pay MobiEdge Software Development LLP directly for subscription fees, platform usage, and additional services.
6.2 Client Payments to Coaches
Clients pay coaches directly via UPI or other payment methods. MobiFit does not handle client payments and is not responsible for whether a coach delivers or fails to deliver their plan.
7. Liability Disclaimer
MobiFit is not liable for the quality or accuracy of plans provided by coaches; any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from workouts or diet plans; non-delivery of services by coaches; or disputes between coaches and clients. However, users may report misconduct and we may investigate and take action, including suspension of a coach.
8. Account Security
Users must keep login credentials confidential, not share accounts, and notify us of unauthorized access.
9. Prohibited Activities
- Misrepresentation or fake identities.
- Harassment, abuse, or harmful content.
- Uploading illegal or copyrighted material.
- Unapproved marketing or selling.
- Attempting to disrupt or hack the platform.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraud, abuse, illegal activities, or non-payment by coaches.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana.
