This Privacy Policy describes how MobiEdge Software Development LLP ("We", "Us") collects, uses, and protects user data on the MobiFit platform.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 User Information
- Name, email address, Google/Apple authentication details, and profile information.
2.2 Health & Fitness Data (Optional)
- Height, weight, fitness goals, workout history, check-in images (if uploaded), diet preferences, and medical disclaimers provided by users.
2.3 Coach Information
- Professional details, optional certification uploads, UPI ID, and payment screenshot uploads.
2.4 Payment Information
We do not store or process client payments. We store coach payment transaction IDs and screenshots for verification.
2.5 Technical Data
- Device information, IP address, browser type, usage analytics, and Firebase logs.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use data to create user accounts, verify coaches, deliver platform features, improve product experience, communicate updates, maintain security, and respond to complaints. We do not sell user data.
4. Sharing of Information
We may share data with service providers such as Firebase and analytics providers, and with law enforcement when legally required. We never share client health data with coaches unless voluntarily provided by the client.
5. Data Storage & Security
Data is stored on Firebase (Google Cloud), protected with encryption, and access-controlled. Regular audits are performed. Users should keep passwords secure.
6. Client & Coach Relationship
Clients select coaches voluntarily. Shared images, fitness data, or progress photos are visible only to the coach they select. MobiFit does not moderate coach-client communication except when reported.
7. Data Retention
User accounts remain active until deleted. On deletion, personal data is removed except where retention is required by law.
8. Children's Privacy
The platform is intended for users aged 18 and above.
9. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana.
