1. Delete Your MobiFit Account
You can permanently request deletion of your MobiFit account and associated personal data. Once your request is processed, your account will be deleted and you will no longer be able to sign in or recover deleted information.
This page explains what is deleted, what may be retained for legal compliance, and how to submit a deletion request.
2. What Will Be Deleted
When your account deletion request is completed, the following data associated with your account will be permanently deleted:
- Client profile
- Coach relationship
- Progress history
- Check-ins
- Diet plans assigned to the client
- Exercise plans assigned to the client
- Uploaded progress photos
3. What May Be Retained
Some records may be retained where required for accounting or legal compliance. These records are kept only for those purposes and are not used for marketing or product features:
- Invoices
- Payment records
- Tax records
Retained records are held only as long as required by applicable law.
4. How to Request Deletion
To request permanent deletion of your MobiFit account, use the button below. This opens an email to our support team with a pre-filled subject and body. Please complete the fields so we can verify your account.
Opens your email app to support@mobifit.in with subject “Account Deletion Request”.
Include the following in your message:
- Name
- Registered Email
- Registered Mobile
- Reason (optional)
This email-based workflow may later be replaced by an authenticated deletion portal inside the MobiFit application.
5. Processing Time
Most account deletion requests are completed within 7 business days after we receive a complete request and verify your account ownership.
6. Important Notice
Account deletion is permanent.
Deleted data cannot be recovered. Please make sure you want to permanently delete your MobiFit account before submitting a request.
